The Regulations specify the terms and conditions of sale by the company Małgorzata Sulewska-Czarnecka, which conducts retail sales through the website

  • The sale takes place via the Internet in the form of a distance contract, between the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Customer or Buyer, and the Seller.
  • The Buyer in the Black Drop Factory online store is obliged to read the regulations. Ignorance of the regulations does not relieve the Customer from the principles contained therein. During shopping in the online store, the Customer confirms the fact of knowledge of these regulations and confirms that accepts them in pending form.
  • The Buyer specifies the order parameters – he chooses the graphics, material, print size and possibly finishing options.
  • The product ordered by the Customer is configured on the basis of an individual and detailed order, therefore in accordance with art. 38 point 3 of the Law of 30th May 2014 on the consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), the Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance.
  • The administrator of personal data is the company Małgorzata Sulewska-Czarnecka with headquarters in Łódź. Personal information on the registration form is necessary for the purchase transaction. The Seller is not responsible for any consequences resulting from an incorrect data submission.
  • Personal data will be processed in order to conclude and perform the contract, perform binding legal obligations, e.g. issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, responding to a complaint for the time during which the regulations require that documents be stored, and in which the Administrator may face legal consequences of non-performance of obligations.
  • Personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator who participate in the performance of activities such as: operation of ICT systems, subcontractors supporting the performance of the order received, entities maintaining the telecommunications network, entities providing advisory services, legal, tax and accounting assistance.
  • The Customer has the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if personal data are processed contrary to legal requirements.
  • Possible payment methods:
    1. at the company’s checkout
    2. by bank transfer – after placing an order, the customer receives an e-mail with the bank account number to be paid. The order is carried out only after the whole amount has been credited
    3. PayPal transfer – when choosing this form of payment, a commission of 4.9% is charged on the entire amount of the order.
  • The prices presented on the Black Drop Factory website are gross prices in Polish zlotys (PLN). The price valid for the parties is the price on the day of the order, specified in the order basket and the order form. Quoted product prices do not include the cost of delivery.
  • Ordered products are delivered by courier or via Poczta Polska. The Buyer is charged for delivery in the amount depending on the place of delivery.
  • The maximum delivery time is 21 working days (usually approx. 7 business days) from the moment the entire amount is credited.
  • If the delivery time turns out to be longer than expected, we contact the buyer to inform about the delay and confirm further willingness to complete the order.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from the fault of the courier company or Poczta Polska
  • The Seller undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the products offered are of the highest quality. However, in some cases, the preview of the file on the user’s monitor screen may differ from the final result obtained on the printed medium, especially the colors and the Seller is not responsible. Slight differences may also apply to print dimensions. Such differences do not entitle you to make a complaint.
  • ​Slight differences may also concern the dimensions of the printout and the cutting of the sides, which do not affect the use of the background. Differences in cutting the background sides may vary by up to 5 mm and may be uneven. These are the hardware limitations of the large-format material finishing, which are beyond our control. The sides of the backdrops are hand-cut hot to prevent fraying. Such differences also do not qualify for filing a complaint.
  • The Buyer is obliged to submit an e-mail notification to regarding incorrect deliveries and defects within three business days of delivery.Please attach photographic documentation to the content of the complaint, which will allow for faster consideration of the complaint. Everything should be sent to the above e-mail address.
  • The Buyer is obliged to examine the goods immediately upon receipt. When one finds defects, one should indicate them as soon as possible, otherwise it is considered that the goods were accepted, unless the defect was invisible when checking the goods. A defect that occurs at a later date should be reported as soon as it is detected, otherwise the goods are considered to be accepted. To obtain consumer rights, it is enough to send information within 3 days about a defect.
  • Intentional mechanical damage will not be the subject of a complaint.
  • Before using the purchased product, carefully check all its parameters and compliance with the order (dimensions, graphics quality). Any incompatibilities should be reported before use.
  • If the delivered package has visible damage and there is a reasonable suspicion that the product has been damaged, this fact should be reported to the courier during delivery and write down a damage report in his presence. In justified cases, you should refuse to accept such a shipment and contact the company immediately by  or by phone.
  • The Seller should be immediately informed of hidden defects.
  • The wrong choice of the type and format of the backdrop made by the customer is not a basis for complaint.
  • The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order if the history of cooperation undermines the credibility and reliability of the Customer.

  • In the case of a complaint about the product, the notification should be made by e-mail to the following address: In the complaint, please include photographic documentation, which will allow for faster consideration of the complaint. The Seller has 14 calendar days from the date of its submission to consider the complaint. In the event of failure to meet this deadline, the complaint is considered justified.
